Our orchard at Sky Meadows will serve as a demonstration of these efforts. If you would like to see American Chestnut restoration in progress\, come on by! \nThere are signs showing the way and the event can be seen as you enter the park. Dogs which do well with other dogs are welcomed. \nIn fact\, if you would like\, you could get them blessed by an Episcopal priest before you go on the hike as we’ll be meeting at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church where they will be holding a drop-in animal blessing in honor of St Francis of Assisi
