Join the ME-TACF Chapter at the Penobscot County Conservation Association Clubhouse in Brewer\, ME for dinner and lecture by Dr. Allison Oakes\, Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Environmental and Forest Biology at SUNY\, College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF). Dr. Oakes will talk about the transgenic American chestnut research program at ESF to develop blight-tolerant American chestnut trees. The dinner and lecture takes place on April 20 from 5:30-8:30PM. \nThis event is limited to 200 so please register early to guarantee a spot! For more details and to register\, click here.
