SUMMARY:Volunteer Work Day at the Ruth Cochran Orchard in TN
DESCRIPTION:We have over 400 trees to inoculate and we need a bunch of folks to help us out with these larger seven and eight-year-old trees at the Ruth Cochran Orchard in Petersburg\, TN. This orchard\, planted in 2009 and 2010\, is a great site for growing chestnuts\, aptly located on Chestnut Ridge\, in Moore County\, TN. Please join us on Saturday\, July 22 at 9:00 AM\, to inoculate chestnut trees with blight fungus. \nBring water\, lunch & snacks\, gloves\, sun block/sun hat\, bug spray\, and dress for the weather. Each day we will work through the afternoon or until all the trees are inoculated.
