DESCRIPTION:In partnership with TACF and USFS Daniel Boone National Forest\, the Kentucky Chapter is helping to plant 200 hybrid American chestnut seedlings in a site that has been prepared by USFS\, London Ranger District in a Restoration Trial Planting back into the American chestnut’s native forest. \nAll who wish to come out to help plant are asked to RSVP through kendarnell54@gmail.com \nAt that point\, Ken will send location details and a list of personal items that Volunteers will need to bring with them.
