The American Chestnut Foundation is celebrating 40 years of research and restoration!
Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station in Hamden started to plant chestnuts as early as 1941, and has been an incredible partner for the Foundation, allowing fruitful collaborations between their scientists and TACF. It is therefore the ideal place to celebrate this anniversary amongst their multitudes of chestnut orchards!
