Help Clean Up Fortune’s Cove Orchard – Corrected Date

We need to clean up all the old stumps and the stump sprouts at Fortune’s Cove, so we can get in there to harvest next month.
This is going to happen this week, so I apologize for the short notice, but we could definitely use a few extra hands if you’re around.
This work will take place this Wednesday, September 11, at 9:00 am.

From Charlottesville, take US-29 S to State Rte 718 in Lovingston. Follow State Rte 718 for 1.6 miles and turn right onto State Rte 651. Go another 1.6 miles and you’ll be right outside the orchard. When you see the entrance to the TNC Natural Area you are almost there. Continue up the road that looks like someone’s personal driveway to a gate (keep going) the orchard is just up the dirt road.
