For anyone interested in helping out at the Eustis Estate tomorrow!

Hello All Eustis Estate Orchard Planting Volunteers,

We are on for tomorrow October 5th at the Eustis Estate 1424 Canton Ave, Milton, MA 02186.

Gray Curtis and I have already dropped off all the materials we will need but it would help if you brought your own spade, square shovel and fork to help loosen up the soil and turf around each seedling.

Bathrooms will be open at the visitor center and there is a rumor that cider and cider donuts will be available for volunteers.

The work will mostly entail loosening up the ground, planting the seedlings and then staking in the hardware cloth surrounds.

If you can only come to say hello that is fine. Any help for any amount of time will be appreciated.

Thank you again for helping us start this project which will turn into a unique educational walking path for many years and future generations to enjoy.

Below is a map to help you find the site. It is on a private road so we encourage you to park in the visitor center lot and walk East (500 ft.) to the planting site.
