Maryland Chapter Spring Meeting

April 27 @ 10:30 am - 2:00 pm

The Maryland Chapter of the American Chestnut Foundation (TACF) is excited to invite you to our annual Spring Meeting. This is a fantastic opportunity to:
Hear from leading experts
· Dr. Douglas E. Norris (Johns Hopkins): gain insights into tick-borne disease
· Bruce Levine (TACF Chapters Committee Chair): get an update on the latest advancements in chestnut blight research
Enjoy a delicious lunch
Network with fellow chestnut advocates
Meet and talk with the Maryland chapter Board Members
Take home a FREE potted chestnut seedling (limited quantities are available) These seedlings are from a completed research project and offer a unique connection to the restoration effort. Choose between pure American Chestnuts from long-surviving trees or hybrids with partial resistance.
Help restore a piece of American history! Learn about the progress we’ve made in bringing back the American Chestnut, and how you can contribute to this vital
Mission.

We look forward to seeing you at the Gaithersburg Regional Library, 18330 Montgomery Village Ave, Gaithersburg, MD 20879
