Celebrate a successful beginning to the restoration of Monson’s Chestnut Forest. Check out wild American chestnut burs and seeds, collected from native American chestnut trees at Flynt Park. Sample recipes made with chestnuts, try some roasted chestnuts and maybe even some chestnut ice cream, made special for this event by Westview Farms Creamery.
