A lecture by Rowan Jacobsen presented by the Yale Quantum Institute on nature and bioengineering on Thursday, September 5th at 7:30 PM. Rowan published an in depth article about the pros and cons of using bioengineering to restore the American chestnut in Pacific Standard (article can be read here: https://psmag.com/ideas/most-controversial-tree-in-the-world-gmo-genetic-engineering? ).
