Carolinas Chapter Wild American Chestnut Seed Planting Event

You are invited to help plant wild American chestnut seed at the Pryor Conservation Orchard located at 12 Will Hill Road, Hendersonville, NC. The planting event starts at 10:00 AM on April 20 and will conclude by early afternoon. Dress for field work, including sturdy shoes, gloves, and cap or hat.  Bring a garden spade, rake, and shovel if possible. Bring water to drink, a snack, and a lunch.  GPS coordinates for the orchard are 35.40259, -82.29317.
