VA- Chestnut Hunt on the AT

One of the many sprouts in the area, if we have time, we’ll keep on hiking toward West Virginia where we will see larger and larger trees!
Join Cindy on the AT (Bluemont, VA) to look for American Chestnuts. Dogs which do well with other dogs are welcomed.
In fact, if you would like, you could get them blessed by an Episcopal priest before you go on the hike as we’ll be meeting at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church where they will be holding a drop-in animal blessing in honor of St Francis of Assisi
