VA – Whitney Planting

Come plant bareroot chestnuts with us at Whitney State Forest. We will start at 10am and we have 400 trees to plant. Please note this planting takes place on uneven terrain and is a forest planting rather than an orchard planting. Wear appropriate shoes, bring water, lunch, and gloves if preferred.
Location is at Whitney State Forest. (map) Meet us in the parking lot.
