Chestnut Beer on Tap at Southern Brewing in Athens on April 27
GA-TACF is hosting a chestnut-themed event at Southern Brewing Company in Athens on Saturday, April 27, from 3-7 pm. All are welcome, including dogs and kids! Please spread the word and bring your fun friends! Head brewer Jon Doss is brewing a special release chestnut beer for this event and there will be live music, a food truck, cool American chestnut merch, and a silent auction.

Great fun at yesterday's Chestnutoberfest! Met a lot of new people, ate of lot of roasted chestnuts and chestnut blondies, drank a bit of chestnut ale, and listened to some great Appalachian mountain music from Russell Cook and Friends! If we missed you, please come out to one of our future events. Among other things, we will be having some seedling and seed distribution events later this fall and early next year.
