SC- Clear Day Thunder Documentary Screening

Join us at Grateful Brew on Sunday, July 14 at 4 p.m. for a screening of Clear Day Thunder: Rescuing the American Chestnut, a new documentary detailing grassroots efforts by researchers and citizen scientists to restore one of America’s most ecologically and economically significant trees. Grateful Brew, located at 501 S Pleasantburg Dr. in Greenville, SC, is opening for the showing, offering beer, wine, cider, sodas, and nitro coffees for purchase.

 

Before the screening, representatives from The American Chestnut Foundation will give a brief presentation about the history of the organization and its ongoing work to bring back the American Chestnut. Come learn about one of the most exciting ecological comeback stories in recent history while enjoying a drink at one of Greenville’s best venues!
