Wright Hall, Smith College, Northampton, MA
(find parking information below the agenda)
The Massachusetts/Rhode Island Chapter is excited to welcome you to the beautiful Smith College campus for a celebration of TACF’s 40th anniversary! This meeting includes opportunities to hear from TACF’s Chief Conservation Officer, Sara Fitzsimmons, as well as long-time board members and volunteers of the MA/RI chapter. We’ll hear about a restoration success story in Massachusetts regarding bald eagles, about using chestnuts in & out of the classroom, and have a chance to learn about cooking with chestnuts and how to find them on trails. Drop in when you can, and we hope you’ll be able to join your fellow MA/RI-TACF members for this lively afternoon of community and education!
Co-Sponsored by the Center for the Environment, Ecological Design & Sustainability (CEEDS), Smith College
